Carnegie Healthcare serves clients and referral partners throughout New Jersey. We work with school districts across the state, as well as families, support coordinators, managed care organizations (MCOs), and commercial insurance partners to help connect individuals to the services they need. Our team understands the importance of timely staffing, clear communication, careful credentialing, and service delivery that reflects the needs of each individual and referral source.

We provide school nursing services designed to support students and school communities with dependable, professional coverage. Our experience includes 1:1 nursing support for medically complex students, substitute nurse coverage, and school-based nursing services tailored to district and student needs. We understand the importance of responsiveness, compliance, and reliable staffing when supporting school districts and special services teams.
Our Private Duty Nursing services support pediatric and adult patients who require skilled nursing care in the home or other community-based settings. We work closely with families, physicians, payers, and care teams to help coordinate services that are clinically appropriate, compassionate, and consistent. Our goal is to help each patient receive the care they need while supporting comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Our Disability Support Services are designed to help individuals with unique needs build independence and participate more fully in daily life. We support individuals and families through services that may include Individual Supports, Community-Based Supports, and employment-focused services, with an emphasis on person-centered support, dependable staffing, and practical day-to-day assistance. We also work closely with support coordinators and families to help ensure services are aligned with individual goals and needs.
