Skilled & Private Duty Nursing
Our nurses provide private duty nursing and treatments for adult and pediatric clients with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities. We work with patients, families, and physicians to create a rehabilitative care plan that will help clients maintain a safe and fulfilling life at home and/or school.
All of our RNs and LPNs undergo a thorough hiring process and are highly skilled to handle the health care requirements of our clients. Carnegie Healthcare requires all nurses to undergo continuing education to ensure that services provided remain compliant with NJ state standards.

- Comprehensive Assessments, Reassessments, and Evaluations
- Blood Sugar Testing

- Home Infusion Therapy
- Medication Training

- Catheter and Ostomy Care
- Gastrostomy (Feeding Tube) Care
- Medication and Injection Administration
- Skilled Nursing and Therapy Visits
Non-skilled Home Care
Our dedicated caregivers work one-on-one with individuals to build a home environment that delivers the best patient care possible while promoting independence. We assist with daily tasks and activities, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal planning and dining
- Escorts to medical appointments
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and errands
Our Home Care services are available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the option for live-in help. Our support team works hand-in-hand with our patients and their families to create individualized care plans based on their unique needs.
